Welcome to a new method to prevent prolapse, incontinence, pelvic pain, and other disorders of the pelvic floor. The method I propose is an educational and non-intrusive approach.

For more than 15 years I have been contributing to improve pelvic floor health in women and men. I teach a non invasive method both in Italy and abroad. It addresses problems like incontinence, pelvic pain, organprolaps, and other difficulties around the muscles which form the base of a pelvis.
Easy and numerous exercises can be learned in individual and group sessions. For instance, over the years many women up to high age have had profound improvement in their incontinence problems.
Along with resolving pelvic floor problems, this training eases the lower back, higher hip joint, and pelvic mobility while deepening the breath.
Years of experience in working with the pelvic floor has allowed me to study a new method to release pelvic pain in the male, as well as female pelvic floor.
Women before and after giving birth, women in menopause, and up to over 80 years.
Men with pelvic pain, or before and after prostate surgery.

This training course is aimed at midwives, physiotherapists, yoga teachers, and other professionals in health and fitness.
This course provides participants with extensive information on pelvic floor issues. Above all, it offers a practical path in which the participants have an opportunity to learn numerous exercises, both to relax their musculature, and to tone it. Learning these exercises through this course structure help the participants to understand the specific bodily movements and sensations. Which greatly enriches their ability to assist or teach when it comes to solving problems in their practice or conducting a preventive course.

In-depth course for professionals working with pelvic floor gymnastics.
This course is aimed at people who have already participated in two days of formative exploration and have been using this method in their work environment.
Along with the deepening and repetition of exercises, and their applications to specific situations, we analyse the work experiences of the participants and while sharing their case studies.
In one of the sessions, we dedicate ourselves particularly to the theme: The pelvic floor, before and after childbirth.
